Phase 1 trials in pancreatic and glioblastoma – Pancreatic (BioNTech/Genentech, n=16): 7/8 immune responders alive at 6 years (typical 5-year survival ~13%). Glioblastoma (WashU Medicine, n=9): 33% survival at 24 months (historical ~15%); one patient recurrence-free >5 years. Published in Nature Cancer. Caveats: Small trials, not all patients respond. Phase 2 ongoing.
